STEM programs at the Library

Post Date:11/02/2017

The Pflugerville Library offers a variety of activities for children who are eager to reinforce their STEM skill set.

STEM Club for kids meets every Monday at the library at 4 p.m. Kids ages 5 to 8 can creatively explore science, technology, engineering and math through a different activity each week. From constructing standing towers to making cardboard dinosaurs, the library offers fun ways to build on your child's scientific skills and knowledge.

Techie Tweens meets once a month on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 4:30 p.m. Kids learn to build and explore technology by working on a different project each month. Ages 8 to 12 are welcome to participate. Due to the holiday, the next Techie Tweens will meet on November 29 to make an LED duct tape bracelet.

The Pflugerville Public Library is located on 1008 W. Pfluger St. For more information, call the library at 512-990-6375.
