The Pflugerville Public Library's Adult Services Department offers inclusive programming and services tailored for the 55+ audience. These include lectures, films, crafts and educational programs that reflect the wide interests of today's older adults.
The Library hosts events on Monday afternoons, including an adult coloring club, a craft and a movie matinee. We also schedule lunch and learn events each month. In addition to these senior events, seniors are welcome to our Thursday evening programs, which include several clubs, guest speakers and more. See our Adult Events page or our Calendar for more information.
Join us for a computer class or make an appointment for one-on-one help with one of our librarians. See our Computer Classes page for more information.
The AARP is available at the Library to help you with your taxes every Friday through April 14, 2017. Attendees will helped on a first come, first served basis beginning at 10:00 am. The AARP accepts appointments until 2:30 pm. Please bring identification and any forms needed to process your taxes.
Not everyone has a car or can physically make it to the Pflugerville Public Library. To make it easier for all residents, the Library, in conjunction with the Friends of Library, offers a home-bound delivery service. See our Homebound Delivery page for more information.
We accept volunteers at the library all year long to help us with various tasks, including working service desks, processing books and helping with programs. You can also get involved with our Friends of the Library group or the Library Board.
