Anyone 18 and up can enjoy a free movie screening of BlacKkKlansman at the library on Saturday, November 24. John David Washington and Adam Driver star in this film based on Ron Stallworth's autobiography, Black Klansman, which details his life as a Colorado detective. In the movie, Stallworth sets out to infiltrate the Colorado chapter of the Ku Klux Klan with the help of his Jewish colleague. In the midst of the 1970's civil rights movement, they risk their lives to obtain insider information on the violent organization. The film won the Grand Prix award at the Cannes Film Festival.
