COVID-19 Update

Beginning Friday, May 1, Pflugerville Public Library will offer curbside pickup and accept book returns on Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. See details about curbside and other library services on our While we are Closed page.

The library building remains closed to the public. Meeting room reservations and in-person programs are on hiatus. See the event calendar for online program offerings.

The museum is open from 3 - 7 pm on Tuesdays during the Pfarmer's Market in Heritage Park (March through December) and the first Sunday of the month from 1 - 4 p.m. (year round).  We often hold special events, programs, and displays during these open hours. In addition, the Heritage House Partners have several annual events.  Check the Heritage House Calendar to see all open dates and special events!

Upcoming Programs, Displays, and Events

Walk-in Family History Research Help (Last Tuesday of the Month, May - October, 3-7pm)

Program will resume in May 2020. We offer walk-in genealogy assistance with a focus on how to use library electronic resources and other free websites to learn about your family history. Bring notes including ancestors names, dates of birth, places where they lived, and anything else you already know. Anyone is capable of beginning family history research, let us help you get started!

Harvest Fest (First Sunday in October)

Enjoy food, music, and games while celebrating the beginning of Fall. Tour the museum and learn about local history.

Christmas Open House (December)

Visit the museum to see special holiday displays of antique and/or handmade items, performances from local school choirs, and a visit from Santa.
