To reserve a room, the group or organization must be a non-profit, must include three or more individuals, and the person making the reservation must be a resident of the City of Pflugerville.

Rooms cannot be used for political, social or for profit activities. However, a meeting room may be used for a forum or study group on a political issue but must remain open to the public.

Meeting rooms are public spaces. All meetings and events must be free and open to the public.

For additional information about reserving meeting rooms please refer to the meeting room policies.

How else are the rooms used?

Study Space - There are a number of areas in the library suitable for individual or group study. If any of the meeting rooms (except for the Pfab Lab) are not reserved by a group or for a program, they are available on a first come, first served basis.

Public Art Gallery - The Library offers space for artwork to be displayed in and around the meeting rooms near the entrance.

Additionally, the rooms are utilized for the majority of library programs and special events.
