Paul Benjamin PAUL BENJAMIN is a New York Times bestselling author who has written and produced comics and video games for diverse properties including many Marvel characters such as Hulk, Spider-Man, and Wolverine, many DC characters in DC Universe Online, plus Disney Princesses, Star Wars, Star Trek, Starcraft, World of Warcraft, the Muppets, Monsters, Inc., G.I. PJ Hoover

P. J. (TRICIA) HOOVER wanted to be a Jedi, but when that didn't work out, she became an electrical engineer instead. After a fifteen year bout designing computer chips for a living, P. J. started creating worlds of her own. She's the award-winning author of The Hidden Code, a Da Vinci Code-style young adult adventure with a kick-butt heroine, and Tut: The Story of My Immortal Life, featuring a fourteen-year-old King Tut who's stuck in middle school.

Not only is he the creator and writer of Identity Stunt, JOE R. KHACHADOURIAN is also a concept creator and graphic fiction evangelist residing in Austin, Texas. Formerly an Executive Editor at MightyVille.com, Joe has contributed to various websites and periodicals over the years, including BleedingCool, along with a number of comic book anthologies, such as Transformers: Mosaic for IDW Publishing, The Bad GeniOus Presents, and Tales from the Edge. A recipient of several awards in journalism and playwriting, Joe took the dive into the world of creator-owned comics with Identity Stunt at Markosia Publishing. Volume 2 of the action-packed tale will debut later this year, and he’s putting together a soon-to-be-announced science-fiction project. Stay tuned!
   
Sean Kelley McKeever
Best known for his introspective characters, SEAN KELLEY MCKEEVER is an Eisner Award winner for his comics writing, which includes Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane, X-Men Origins, Teen Titans, The Incredible Hulk and his current sci-fi drama, Outpost Zero.  Rob Ozborne ROB OZBORNE is the author of comics and graphic novels such as 1000 Steps To World Domination, Sunset City, Old Man, and The Nearly Infamous Zango. As an artist, Ozborne's clients include Lucasfilm, Valiant Entertainment, and The American Outlaws. He has written for video games and drawn editorial cartoons for the Arizona Republic. Ozborne continues to produce poster art and prints from his studio in Austin, Texas.
   
 Alan J Porter ALAN J. PORTER writes about stuff, and makes up stories too. His pop-culture nonfiction work has featured properties such as Batman, Star Trek, The Beatles, G.I. Joe, Battlestar Galactica, and James Bond. He has also written comics for Tokyopop, BOOM Studios, Marvel, Disney, and Kid Domino.
   
 Lilah Sturges LILAH STURGES is a comic book writer whose work includes Thor, Lumberjanes, and The Magicians: Alice's Story, among many other titles. Her work has been nominated for the Eisner, Ignatz, Prism, and GLAAD Media awards. She lives in Austin, Texas with her two daughters.

 Rick Klaw  Besides his current tenure as the Social Media Maven and occasional editor for Tachyon Publications, the so-called optimistic curmudgeon Richard “Rick” Klaw has edited numerous publications, most notably the anthologies The Apes of Wrath, Rayguns Over Texas, and the groundbreaking graphic work Weird Business (with Joe R. Lansdale). For Tachyon, he’s responsible for the Lansdale Hap and Leonard books (watch for the new one in 2020). In the 90s, the Klaw-fronted Mojo Press, one of the first publishers who specialized in both graphic and prose books, predicated several of the 21st-century publishing models. As a writer, he has provided countless reviews, essays, and fiction for a variety of publications including The Austin Chronicle, San Antonio Current, Geek Dad, The Big Book of The Weird Wild West, Gangland, Negative Burn, and The San Antonio Business Journal. Many of his writings were collected in Geek Confidential: Echoes from the 21st Century.

Joe Eisma
JOE EISMA is the artist and co-creator of the Eisner-nominated and New York Times Bestselling series from Image Comics, Morning Glories. He is also the artist for Riverdale, Jughead: The Hunger, The Archies & more at Archie Comics, and he has also drawn for DC Comics, Valiant Entertainment and Dynamite Entertainment.
   
Matthew Grant Currently writing and drawing his self published series, Planet Slammer, MATTHEW GRANT aka "mattchee" is a cartoonist, illustrator, and graphic designer based in Austin, TX. In addition to previous self published works such as Mastorism and Explosion Proof, Matthew is a frequent contributor to a number independent comics publications including Divebomb, Kurt Belcher's World, and The Adventures of Alibi Jones.
   
 Jessi Jordan JESSI JORDAN is a professional illustrator, comic artist & writer in Austin, Texas. Her work includes Corpus, The Secret Loves of Geeks, Mine!, Musings, The Adventures of Marni & Edward, and Comix Gauntlet. Armed with BFA degrees in Illustration and Animation, Jessi is a passionate visual storyteller. She also won a coloring contest when she was nine.
   
Brandon Peterson

BRANDON PETERSON has been a professional comic illustrator for over 25 years, working primarily as a penciller and inker, but often as a colorist, writer, editor, and art director. He has recently started working for DC Comics, where he’s worked on titles like Harley Quinn, Green Lantern, Titans, and Superman and worked at Marvel Comics as the artist on books like Inhumans, Age of Ultron, Amazing Spider-Man, A versus X, Avengers, The Ultimates, Ultimate Vision, Ultimate Extinction, Ultimate X-Men, Astonishing X-Men, X-Men, and Uncanny X-Men.  Brandon was also VP of Special Projects and Art Director of CrossGen Comics and a veteran of Top Cow Productions, having worked on Codename: Strykeforce, Cyberforce, and his own book, Arcanum.

   
Matthew Weldon
MATTHEW WELDON scribbled in his youth and dreamed of drawing comics. He loves character design and story-boarding and has labored in comics since 2005. His published works include Antarctic Press, Image Comics & DC/Vertigo, Capcom/Udon, Overground Comics and some small self published projects. He was nominated for two Harvey Awards, and awarded Best All Ages Comic of 2009 by MTV for The New Brighton Archeological Society. Some of his works have appeared on the G4 channel and can even be found in the Guinness book of World Records twice. He designs t-shirts, stickers and decals & paints murals for businesses as well as illustrations/graphics for websites and logo designs. Born in 1980 the Texas native loves teaching & helping others, playing sports, gatherings & socializing, and going out of his way to procure delicious cookies and donuts!
   
 Vo Nguyen VO NGUYEN started working professionally in the comic book industry in the mid 90s on indie titles. Since then, he's worked as an illustrator on a vast variety of projects, cover art, children's books, trade & sketch cards, paintings, and other collectibles. He's provided artwork for companies such as Marvel, DC, AMC, Dynamite, Zenescope Entertainment, and IDW. In recent years he has ventured into promoting family friendly events with Greater Austin Comic Con (Father's Day weekend/June 19th-21th) and Hill Country Comicon (April 4th-5th).

Ngozi Ukazu

NGOZI UKAZU is the creator of Check, Please!, an online graphic novel whose printing campaign remains the most funded webcomics Kickstarter ever. She graduated from Yale University in 2013 with a degree in Computing and The Arts, and received a masters in Sequential Art in 2015. She lives in Austin, Texas.

Star Prichard STAR PRICHARD is an artist based out of Austin, TX. She graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design in the spring of 2014, with a bachelor's degree in animation and a minor in storyboarding. Her webcomic, Castoff, is a fantasy-adventure comic about a group of magical misfits on the run from the fantasy cops. In 2017, Castoff won the StArt Faire Excellence in Webcomics People's Choice award. The comic currently updates every Monday and Friday.

Felecia Angelle

FELECIA ANGELLE is an actor, director, optimist and nerd, who enjoys pretending she could do better than TV cooking show contestants, playing video games (poorly), and buying more books than she could ever possibly read. Her anime work includes Emi Yusa in The Devil Is A Part-Timer!, Perona in One Piece, and Shinoa in Seraph of the End.

She has appeared in games as The Supreme Kai of Time in the Dragonball Xenoverse series and Ophelia in Maple Story 2. Felecia can also be heard as Mary Sanderson in Disney's Hocus Pocus: The Brew! On the other side of the glass, Felecia has served as the Assistant ADR Director for Blood Blockade Battlefront, Barakamon, Zombieland Saga, One Piece, and Attack on Titan: Junior High.

   
Tia Ballard TIA BALLARD is a Texas gal born in the briar patch of Paris, Texas. Along with over 200 others, her roles include Zero Two in Darling in the Franxx, Happy in Fairy Tail, Rinko in My Love Story, Ragdoll in My Hero Academia, and Shao May in Fullmetal Alchemist. A few of her video game credits include Velvet in Them’s Fightin’ Herds, JianYu in Street Fighter V, and Ms Marlowe in Street Fighter V. In addition, Tia has directed The Royal Tutor and SEGA’s Chain Chronicle. She both wrote and directed the English adaptation of Kiss Him, Not Me.  She is currently working on a children's book, an audio drama, and many other personal projects in various stages of production.
   
Lena Hill
LENA HILL has over 15 years of performance experience as a singer, actor and voice talent. She’s best known as the voice of Lefty in the world famous game Five Nights at Freddy’s. She’s voiced for fancy brands like Verizon, Jeep, Dillard’s, HEB, and many many many not so fancy but equally delightful brands. She’s sung at fancy places like The Disney Concert Hall (LA), The Long Center (Austin) and Carnegie Hall (NY) and many many many not so fancy but equally delightful places. Lindsay Sheppard LINDSAY SHEPPARD has been a voice actress for nearly 20 years working all sides of the voiceover industry. She has voiced over a hundred characters and thousands of commercials and narrations for companies like Disney, Nintendo, and Google. In the anime and gaming worlds she is ecstatic to be joining the cast of RWBY as Saphron Cotta-Arc. Some other favorite characters have included reigning Kalos Queen, Aria, in the long running anime series, Pokemon; as well as the lovable halfling bard, companion/narrator Linzi in the epic CRPG game Pathfinder: Kingmaker. Other notable roles include Agent Caila Phoenix in LEGO Ultra Agents, Jimmy Amy & The Lux 5000 in Awesomenauts.
   
 Melissa Sternenberg MELISSA STERNENBERG is an American voice actress based in Pflugerville, Texas. She is best known for her role as the Grimm Reaper Maria Calavera in Rooster Teeth's hit original series RWBY. Her additional roles include voicing Rebecca Gales in the horror visual novel The Letter, Aliss in Regalia: of Men and Monarchs, Tiffany Abbott in Rio: Rainbow Gate and other anime and video game roles.

Cosplay Artists

Caveman C0splay CAVEMAN C0SPLAY (AKA Sal) is based out of Austin and has been attending conventions in and out of character since he was 13 years old. After taking a break from cosplay for a while, his daughter asked if the two of them could attend the 2018 Greater Austin Comic-con in costume. Once the cosplay bug bit again, he threw himself into designing, making (and, yes, sometimes buying) the uniforms of all of his favorite characters. By day, when hes not a superhero, he is a pediatric therapist who says about both his passion and career "I just want to help people be able to smile".
   
Saber Guild SABER GUILD is the largest not-for-profit, recognized Star Wars lightsaber performance group in the world and LFL's preferred costumed lightsaber performance club. We perform at charity and community events, as well as, comic book and sci-fi conventions. All proceeds go to charities, such as, but not limited to, the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Jakku Temple is the Central Texas based branch with members in Austin and San Antonio. Our mission is to raise and support Texas charities throughout the Central Texas area through our love of Star Wars.
   
Bradley Spears
Starting just a couple of years ago, BRADLEY SPEARS has already become an award-winning cosplayer and prop maker. He specializes more in 3d printing/foamsmithing and LED-work while starting to learn the world of 3d design. The inspiration for cosplay began with Fallout 3 and has transpired ever since then to gaming and anime. His true passions are being a father to his son and gaming, which both happen to help his prop-making skills grow as he continues to try out new mediums and create new things. Having dealt with illness himself, he is never far away from donating his time and resources to local charities or hospitals in the area. Whether streaming with his son, making new props for people, or just writing in his journal, Bradley can be found mainly on Facebook, Instagram, and Tumblr.

Sophie, or Crystalhardted, is a cosplayer, YouTuber, and makeup artist based out of Austin. She has been attending conventions as an attendee since childhood, and started cosplaying publicly in 2014. Since then, her costumes and creativity in executing them have been widely well-received and appreciated by fans of all ages. She has used her platform in order to bring characters to life and showcase her art, whether it be from sewing, wig styling, FX makeup, prop building, and more! She has traveled across the country to a wide variety of conventions, and she has put extremely detailed practices into her costuming processes which she shares happily with anyone who asks. Robin Johnson Jr
ROBIN JOHNSON, JR, also known as ISU-Superman,was born in Indiana. He played multiple sports on multiple levels from high school to the professional ranks, from mixed martial arts to professional football. His love for costuming and art gained him multiple best costume awards, and national recognition for my passion. My love for this art helped me become a final candidate on the show Cosplay Melee and has helped me be a guest at multiple conventions. Shannon Brewer SHANNON BREWER lives each day as if it were a fantasy. Whether exploring the worlds of her imagination, or dressing up as a member of someone else’s, there is never a shortage of creativity to be had. Shannon is a Young Adult author and the writer of the 12-part/12-song comic series, EVOLUTION REVOLUTIONARIES, starring the band Freerunner as they make true change in the world. When she's not doing that, she's usually gushing about comic books with the Hops+Heroes team hoping to inspire young people to understand the value of reading and the strength inside themselves. In Shannon’s world, every day is a new adventure, and every adventure is a story waiting to be told.
   
 Adriana Akiyama  Known as sE7eN swell cosplay, ADRIANA AKIYAMA is no stranger to everything nerdy! As a second generation cosplayer, and a native of the Austin area, she loves watching her local geek community grow as time goes on. She specializes in costume sewing, recreation, and fabrication, and has won several awards over the years for both her meticulous craftsmanship and stage performance. Over time, her family has traveled all over the United States to attend conventions, and she has picked up a great deal of knowledge along the way. She is happy to be a part of Lib Con and is looking forward to meeting members of the community who attend!
